Cassava is one of the earliest cultivated crops of the Maya and we are working with local Belizean farmers to bring this ancient crop to you in a completely new way.

We are utilizing this tropical tuber to develop an amazingly smooth vodka.

We are currently in distillery development and vodka production and expect to have bottles available in Fall of 2022.
